"Nice hotel, nice country, nice staffs, but minus one star for surrounding. Omonia smell like ammonia. No wifi for my stay. So no YouTube, no news for me to watch on tv. Big disappointment for that. Breakfast at 8th floor good view but only 7-10am. Such a waste because I couldn’t see sunrise nor sunset as 8th floor is closed. Should open for guests to have outdoor view at night there."

"The hotel was very good. In fact, it was much cleaner than we expected for a 4-star hotel. Our room and balcony were quite large. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options. It was close to attractions, a 15-minute walk from famous squares. The staff were helpful; we had no problems whatsoever. Thank you."

"The rooms are basic. The bed sheets were actually clean as well as towels and smelled good. But the hotel needs a little renovation. The white walls did not look white. there were many corners on the floor that looked cracked. A little cleaning of the elevators are needed. I would rate this hotel as 3. Seems to be a popular hotel for tourists as there were many people. The location is very close to the metro Omonia but the area is not nice. A lot of homeless on the streets and area looks dirty. There was a small supermarket close to the Omonia metro. I think the main good thing was the selection of food for the breakfast. They had many choices. The service at the counter was nice."

"The hotel is at the walking distance from all important stations. 20 mins from Monastiraki and 10 mins from Omonia. We can get a direct train from Monastiraki to Athens airport so that's also good. Regarding the amenities, the hotel provided mineral water free of cost as well as breakfast is unlimited and superb 10/10 from my side. Highly recommended!"

"This is a newer hotel, very small (only about 14 rooms). Very clean with amazingly friendly staff. Each room has a small safe, kitchenette with fridge, dishes and complimentary tea and coffee. For such a small place, breakfast is very good with real fresh fruit salad and you can get special coffees made. Some areas around are a little sketch but a five minute walk to the train station, a three minute walk to the Hop On bus and about 25 minutes to the Acropolis. There is a great restaurant right across the street with very good food."

"Non existant Service at all. with a self-service for the guest to to do it all. ICE cold atmosphere. The advertise 1 min. away from station & it took 15 min by taxi. It took me 30 to find a taxi for the departure. The ”hotel ” is totally without any staff responsible person & located in a dark very neighbourhood without any restaurant or cafe near by. It took me 20 min to figure out how to open my room. They send you 3pages long instructions in Greek & English. My worst EVER travel experience! Room TV and Electronc charger DID NOT WORK. No reading/ bed lamp, room was ice cold and VERY Lloyd & noises from other rooms. Never ever again!🤬"

"Located on a mountain! You have to go down (and then back up again 😵💫) to get to the sea, BUT also to take the metro: in that case, it's an uphill and downhill walk both ways. Otherwise, the hotel is worth 2 stars: outdated, poorly maintained. The staff, however, are very friendly!"

What really made my stay special were the staff. Lamppost and blest at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in smooth and offering great local tips. Lampros in particular went above and beyond to make my navigation around Athens very easy. The outstanding service truly set this hotel apart. I’ll definitely be back!"
